To ensure safety of our customers we cannot accept returns or exchanges of food products. However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or spoiled during transit, we will be happy to issue a refund or replace the item(s). All refund requests must be made to email@example.com within 14 business days of receipt of your order. The customer is responsible for shipping the products back to us in the condition it was received. Return instructions will be provided upon approval.
